KnIndustrie, in collaboration with the historic and prestigious Coltelleria Berti, presents a collection of kitchen knives composed of 14 different and specific types.
Since 1895, the Berti company has been producing high-quality knives, making use of the expertise and manual skills of its master craftsmen, creating small artefacts with ancient shapes and using traditional and precious materials.

This is the experience that underpins the knIndustrie knife project: a collection that, thanks to the sophisticated and innovative production technologies adopted, offers a product that maintains the typical quality characteristics of artisan knives, while also respecting their shapes. All knives are made entirely of a special stainless steel with particular attention to the specifics of the blades and the ergonomically gripped handles. A collection designed to guarantee a high standard in cutting quality, a fundamental element of the knife's functionality, which knIndustrie, through in-depth research, manages to obtain with its experience in steel processing.

Cleaning: Dishwasher safe/be careful to arrange the knives so that they do not hit each other and use a short, delicate wash cycle, dry immediately after washing.
Hand wash: with warm water (40°) and non- aggressive detergent, dry immediately after washing.
Maintaining the cutting edge: Use the knife only for the cuts for which it is intended, avoiding any improper use. Refresh the edge before the knife has lost it completely.
