English: Tips: To preserve the quality of the non-stick coating and the utensil, when using it for the first time, grease the inside evenly with a little oil and dry it with a soft cloth • always place the pan on the heat source most suited to its size • do not overheat the pan when empty • do not carbonize fatty foods • lift the pan on the glass-ceramic plate, avoiding sliding it on the plate • let the pan cool before washing it • do not use metal utensils, only plastic or wooden ones • avoid keeping acidic foods inside the pan for a long time • do not use abrasive powders and/or scouring pads to wash the pans; simply use hot water and a soft sponge with a minimal amount of neutral detergent • washing in the dishwasher is permitted, preferably using low-temperature cycles (50 ° or ECO) • store the pans with care, avoiding scratching the coatings.
