Use: Before using the pots, wash them with boiling water and liquid detergent. • Add salt to the water only when it is boiling, stirring with a spoon. If salt settles on the bottom, it can trigger the beginning of corrosion. These stains do not alter the quality and functionality of the pots in the slightest and are in no way attributable to manufacturing defects. • do not use abrasive powders and/or scouring pads to wash the pots; simply use hot water and a soft sponge with neutral detergent • store the pans dry with care, avoiding scratching them • The pans (like all metal objects) cannot be used in the microwave oven • always place the pan on the heat source most proportionate to its size to prevent the flame from extending to the sides • do not overheat the pan when empty • lift the pan on the glass ceramic plate, avoiding sliding it on it • let the pan cool after use before washing • can be used in the dishwasher, it is recommended to dry by hand after the end of the wash cycle • prolonged exposure to high temperatures could cause changes in the colour of the metal, this will not affect the performance of the product.
