THE GLASS POT

A new important element, glass is introduced in a set of aluminum pots with nanotechnological ceramic coating, thus overcoming the classic concept of coordinated pot sets; it is a pot for boiling pasta made of transparent borosilicate glass.

During the cooking phase. The shape of the pot is simple and due to its transparency it is almost unnoticeable, while the protagonists are, from time to time, the ingredients contained in it, with their shapes, colors and the movements of boiling.

Glass is not chemically reactive, so you can boil any type of food without worrying about the acidity or other reactive properties of different foods. Glass is easy to clean.

It is dishwasher safe.

IMPORTANT : when using the pot for the first time, we recommend testing it by boiling a litre of water; during various uses, the pot may be subject to knocks, even involuntary, so it should be tested each time it is used, with a little water and then adding the final amount; always check before use that there are no breakages; if you notice cracks on the pot while cooking, immediately turn off the heat source and do not remove the pot from the hob before the water has cooled;

Do not use metal utensils, but only plastic or wooden ones; avoid impacts or pressure on the body of the pot and on the handles; avoid strong temperature changes, the temperature must rise and fall gradually; the handles are fixed with steel screws: check at each use that they are well tightened; always add salt when cold.
