KnIndustrie has drawn on its historical archive to re-propose a new version of the Ottocento cutlery set, inspired by a collection rediscovered in the past and later revisited in a modern key. Offered until now in glossy, stone washed, champagne-colored PVD and ice finishes, with a sandblasted effect, the company wanted to give the set a greater material expressiveness. This is how '801 was born, a line of cutlery made with the innovative co-molding technique that allows the plastic material to be printed directly on the metal. The result is a cutlery set in satin steel with a handle in opaque thermoplastic polymer available in black and white.

MANUAL WASHING: Use a liquid or cream detergent • never use powder detergents • do not leave the cutlery in contact with food particles that could stain or damage it • rinse and dry it thoroughly after each use • only use soft cloths to clean it • the use of scouring pads and abrasive detergents is not recommended.

DISHWASHER SAFE: '801 cutlery is guaranteed to be dishwasher safe at medium-low temperatures of 50-55 °C • avoid alkaline detergents, containing alcohol or perfumes • to prevent the formation of stains, remove and dry the cutlery immediately after the end of the wash cycle • if stains should form , simply remove them with a damp cloth • do not mix steel cutlery and silver-plated cutlery in the same wash cycle.
