TALA tajine pot

Glass tajine pot with a high technological component. Tala will allow you to cook in full view and serve your dishes directly on this spectacular designer tajine.

Suitable for cooking on gas and induction hobs.

Supplied with flame spreader net. Induction hob adapter available on request.

Some curiosities :

The cooking takes place over low heat and is slow and gradual to give the elements inside time to concentrate and flavour themselves with their own juices.

The food to be cooked is placed in the base of the pot with the addition of a watery part that promotes the production of steam during cooking, thus ensuring gradual uniformity of cooking.

When cooking on the stove , it is always necessary to use the supplied flame spreader net for better heat distribution.

The arrangement of the food to be cooked inside it is extremely important: the cooking process inside the Tajine proceeds from the inside out, therefore the food that will require longer cooking should be placed in the centre of the container.
