The Rice is the copper saucepan, an excellent conductor of heat evenly, ideal for toasting, cooking and stirring to obtain a perfect risotto.
The internal silver finish provides greater resistance to wear, guarantees the total absence of transfer of substances to food and inhibits bacterial proliferation.
The practical tong-handle, in addition to being a distinctive decorative element, allows you to easily grasp the saucepan which can be used as a serving dish and elegantly brought to the table.

To preserve the internal coating, avoid placing the pan on the stove or in the oven without a layer of oil or fat • always place the pan on the heat source most suited to its size • do not overheat the pan when empty • use a moderate flame during cooking • do not carbonize fatty foods • lift the pan on the glass ceramic plate, avoiding sliding it on it • let the pan cool before washing it • do not use metal utensils, only plastic or wooden ones • avoid keeping acidic foods inside the pan for a long time • do not use abrasive powders and/or scouring pads to wash the pan • to clean the inside, simply use hot water and a soft sponge with a minimal amount of neutral detergent • in the event of food burns (due to errors during cooking), leave the pan in hot, soapy water for as long as necessary to remove encrustations • to clean the outside, use specific detergents for copper or gently wipe with a sponge soaked in vinegar or lemon juice. Then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth • do not wash in the dishwasher • store the saucepan carefully, avoiding scratching the coatings • do not put the pan in the microwave • stop using it if copper appears on the internal surface.
